Prague apartment list

I am starting this post with the goal of having fellow fodorites providing first hand experiences of apartments in Prague, with links if possible. Please tell us about the good and the bad - thanks in advance!!

Can highly recommend Apartments in Prague - www.apartments-in-prague.org . We have stayed in Vlasska 6 in the Mala Strana area two years in a row and have been delighted. This year a family group rented Vlasska 2, 5, 6 & 7 and all accommodation was excellent. The apartments were spacious, clean and safe and in a great location, plus the agency provided pickup and drop off to the airport. We would have no hesitation staying with them again.

I stayed here: http://www.perfectplaces.com/vacation-rentals/16949.htm

I liked it. The location was convenient and we didn't have any problems. The manager was waiting with the keys when we arrived, and we just dropped them when we left.

It doesn't show on the web site, but the apartment has painted ceilings, which the manager told us are left over from the original building, records of which date back to the 13th century. I thought that was neat.

We used this service for our apartment and transfer service and they were wonderful.

We stayed in the Zatecka Old Town Apartment which looks like it's been completely redone since we've been there...unless it's a different apartment entirely. Super location...walked to everywhere.

I recently stayed at Masna Residence apartments in Prague for a week. I wrote at length about it in my trip report to Prague - see the "ACCOMODATIONS" section in the link below. Masna Residence was very close to Old Town, and had great rates. I'd definitely stay there again.

ter2000 - looks like we are going to rent vlasska 2. The price and location seem too good to be true! Any hints that we should be aware of about the rental?? thanks!!

Hi Seafox,

I've stayed in that company's rentals before, and they are very nice. I was in one of the Vlasska apts (but not #2), and well as Luzicka. Only real complaint is that the apartments did not have a TV. If that is important to you, then double check as to whether or not they've added them. Otherwise, I'd say go for it.
