Positano to Capri! 4hr Private Boat July 3 - Looking for couple to join us!

Hello All! Are you staying in Positano and planning a day trip to Capri? Do you want to make some new friends for a day and avoid being herded around like cattle? Then read on! My wife and I are in our mid-30s and heading from NYC to Amalfi Coast for 2 week vacation in early July. So excited.

We have reserved a private boat tour on the afternoon of Sunday July 3rd from one of the best reviewed companies. It departs Capri's Marina Grande at 145pm, and returns to main Positano Ferry dropoff at 6pm. We are taking a fast ferry there separately at 9am to make a full day of it and explore the island ourselves that morning and early afternoon.

There will only be 4 of us on the boat (plus the Captain), and you hit Blue Grotto (no lines on private vessel) plus many other hidden gems. The cost is 450 Euros TOTAL, so 225 per couple. Pretty much a steal from the research we've done!

We are normal, chill professionals looking for a fun, relaxing day at sea. Don't care about age, sex, race, etc... just looking to split the cost with like minded peeps and avoid doing a large group tour. You will pay the boating company that day directly, this isn't some kind of scam!

Hoping we can find 2 folks from the Fodors community to hop onboard. Respond to this message in the forum and we can discuss logistics separately.

All the best,

Justin
