I think Viking river Cruises just added a cruise there. You might also post this on the cruise forum here.
We did a day cruise with Douro Azul which was a good experience, nice boat and meals.
Most of the river boat cruise companies..AmaWaterways, Uiworld, etc offer week long cruises there.
