Poland, Warsaw & Gdansk, options and transport

Jump to last reply

My 2 sons will be visiting Poland and the Ukraine in June for Euro 2012.

The games in Poland will be in Warsaw and Gdansk. After researching we see that they can fly from Warsaw to Gdansk 50m flight for about $120(Au about 90euro) or by train just over 5 hours. Would it be better to fly ? Is the airport far from both city centres? Or would trains be the better option, costs?

They also hope to spend a few days in each city, Any accommodation suggestions?
