I'm not sure I understand what it is you need.
are you looking for someone to carry your bags while you bike from hotel to hotel?
If I understand correctly you want someone to transfer you from the airport to a hotel? Or similar? I will say upfront that I have no experience of that in Brussels, although I can see why you might want it. In Brussels most people would catch the train to Central Station or Midi and then a taxi from there because of the cost. I would think it would be expensive to go from the airport directly to your hotel - by taxi probably in the order of EUR50 to a hotel near Central. I think many taxi companies can be negotiated with in advance to work out a flat fee. I can google it, but my googling is the same as your googling.
