FYI: I’m willing to look at your allocation of days, not your allocation of hours.
3 nights in Madrid is, IMO, not much. Whether it will work for you depends on your priorities.
I’m confused by your plans for July 4. The temple of Debod is in Madrid, not Toledo. But maybe you are signaling that you will return to Madrid after a day trip to Toledo? Many people visit Toledo as a day trip from Madrid; I thought it worth 2 full nights and 2 full days. YMMV.
5 nights in Tossa del Mar would be a very, very, VERY leisurely stay. It’s a lovely LITTLE tiny place.
There’s a Dali House in Girona? I know of ones in Portlligat and Pubol, and I know of the museum in Figueres, but I’m not aware of any Dali houses or museums in Girona. I could be wrong. But Girona itself is delightful!
Hope that helps!

It seems time consuming to fly into Barcelona, travel to Madrid and then return to Barcelona for a flight home. It makes much much more sense to fly into Madrid, do your thing there and then catch the train to Barcelona for the rest of it, fly home from Barcelona.

@kja
you are right we want to see if we can do Temple Of Debod after visiting Toledo for a day trip.
Dali House in Cadaqués, Province of Girona, I should've specify better. Thank you for your comments.
@Rubicund
We would love to fly to Madrid and back from Barcelona, but tickets were a lot more expensive. Thank you for your suggestion.

I think your estimate of a one hour drive from Tossa de Mar to the Dali House outside of Cadaqués (in Port Lligat) is optimistic. googlemaps shows it a close to 2 hours each way, which is consistent with my recollection.
