Planning 14 days trip to Prague and Italy

Jump to last reply

We are family of 3, trying to planning a trip to Europe. we will fly to Prague, which is fixed. we want to stay in Prague for 2/3 days to explore the city and then want to travel by train through scenic Alps to Italy. In Italy we want to go to Venice, Florence and Rome.
one way to Italy will be by Air to save time.
We will arrive at Prague on June 21st morning and will be flying back July 4th.

Out main interest is Photography, art, culture, scenic areas and history.

I wan thinking of going to Vienna or Munich to start the Journey through Alps.

Could you please help me how to organize better..and any proposed route.
Which train ride would be the best through Alps..not night train.

thanks,
