Has anyone visited Bagni di Pisa or any other spas near Pisa? I'm looking for one or two to go to and to hear what people thought of the spas and their prices? Thanks in advance!

Bagni di Pisa are really good. Great service, atmosphere food all. But its bit expensive i reckon. I love SPAs and I'm not impressed with ones they have here in Pisa.
Hm, well I if it's a good spa, I'll have to check it out. Vacation is the time to splurge, right?
If anyone knows of any other places to go to a thermal bath, please let me know!
There are terme all over Tuscany. I haven't been to the Terme di Pisa, but I've been to quite a number. I prefer the ones that are way out in the country and more "natural," rather than the ones offering high-end beauty treatments (though those are fun, too). Here's a list of those I've visited:
Terme di Casciana
Terme di Chianciano
Terme di Montepulciano
Terme Querciolaia
Terme di Saturnia
Terme San Filippo
All slightly different. All great fun.
Are those near Pisa and reachable by public transportation? I won't have a car.
There are spas at Bagni di Lucca, reachable by bus from Lucca but can't vouch for what they're like. Bus timetables available online - search for Clap or Vaibus timetables.
Montecatini is among the most famous of the European spa towns, and is accessible from Pisa:
