Piemonte Italy travels

Jump to last reply

My husband and I are planning on spending 2 weeks in Piemonte, Italy beginning October of next year! We are interested in finding a comfortable place to stay in the countryside that would provide good access to exploring the treasures of the region: wine producers, food, hiking. Any suggestions about finding such a pied a terre would be welcome. Also we would welcome any recommendations for producers of Barolo, Barbaresco and other regional wines and scheduling visits with the winemakers. We have heard that Turin is wonderful and would like to spend at least 2 days there. Any thoughts on a place to stay and maybe some of your favorite restaurants and sights? Thank you.
-Anna
