With apologies for not answering your actual question -- I trust you realize that it should be possible to manage without a tour company? Traveling in Switzerland is incredibly easy....

Hi Leannejh1,

I don't see any photo tours of Luzern, but there are a bunch of different tours you can take, and you could probably dawdle (a bit) and get some good photos. Here are some of the tours:

http://www.luzern.com/en/sightseeing-tours/city-tours

Similarly, for Zürich, here are the tours for the city:

https://www.zuerich.com/en/visit/city-tours-in-zurich

In each case, you could email the tourist information office and ask if they know of a photo tour.

Have fun as you plan!

Please refer to the long list of tours in my reply to your Zürich Ho-Ho post.

On a sunny day, go up to Mt. Pilatus.

Plenty of things to photograph up there.

Get shoes with good treads though, could be icy pavement.
