Personal Experience with Paris Address Rental Agency?
Hi Everyone.
Have been to Paris 3 times but this is the first time we are thinking of renting an apartment in Paris.
Looking at an apartment on Ile St. Louis and hoping for feedback from my fellow Fodorites who may have personal experiences with Paris Address rental agency.
Guess I am just wanting confirmation of their service and reliability.
Thanks so much.

Hi Royal,
My family and I rented an apartment through ParisAddress in the 5th and were very pleased with both the agency and the apartment. Our ParisAddress contact was Xavier and he was wonderful to deal with, both prior to and during our stay. Enjoy your visit.

Debit - not sure who you are referring to as a first time poster??
It would appear that all 3 of us have posted many times before.
Thank you chm and Guenmai for your quick responses. Will check out the thread you mentioned.

Royal, last night there was someone answering LOTS of thread with an obvious ad for their business. THere was a post on here as well. It was that post I was referring too.
The editors have since removed it, but left my comment.
Sorry about the confusion - it was not meant to any one currently on the thread.

Ruby - yes you make your deposit with a credit card and can make the final payment with a credit card too.
Paris address only requires 30% deposit as opposed to others who require 50% non-refundable and no upfront damage deposit.
Last time we were in Paris we stayed at Hotel Lutece on the Ile and liked the location so much we decided to book this apartment.
