payed owner's advertisement on homelidays

Jump to last reply

I have made and payed (239 €) an advertisement on for renting my apartment in Veysonnaz, Switzerland.
First you make the advertisement, then you have to pay and afterwords they ask to mail the deed and your ID.
I have done all that and more: I have mentionned the Notary (name, adress, tel.number, e-Mail...) that made de deed, etc.

Homelidays promises to put my advertisement on their site within 24 hours, but we are a week later now and it still isn't on line.
I wrote 3 mails to their customer service, but they stay unanswered!
So, I really do not know what the problem is....

I have made an advertisement on without problems, without asking my deed or I have noticed that homelidays is one of their sites!
