payed owner's advertisement on homelidays

Jump to last reply

I have made and payed (239 €) an advertisement on www.homelidays.com for renting my apartment in Veysonnaz, Switzerland.
First you make the advertisement, then you have to pay and afterwords they ask to mail the deed and your ID.
I have done all that and more: I have mentionned the Notary (name, adress, tel.number, e-Mail...) that made de deed, etc.

Homelidays promises to put my advertisement on their site within 24 hours, but we are a week later now and it still isn't on line.
I wrote 3 mails to their customer service, but they stay unanswered!
So, I really do not know what the problem is....

DID ANYONE HAD THE SAME NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE?

I have made an advertisement on Homeaway.nl without problems, without asking my deed or ID.....now I have noticed that homelidays is one of their sites!
