I plan to visit andaluscia this fall and I want to visit Seville, although I will not be staying there overnight. I have heard a lot about it being unsafe to park in Seville. Does anyone know a safe lot or area for parking in seville? I would prefer to park on the outskirts and walk into the older section as I have heard it is hard to drive on the twisty narrow streets. Thanks!
Parking in Seville - help please

If you had 7 days for Romantic Road..What would you do

Topping
Come on, anyone?? I know there are a lot of seasoned Spain travellers out there!!
Seville is a sizeable city. If you parked on the outskirts and then walked into the center it would probably take you a couple of hours each way. Why not just go to the chamber of commerce web site and get a list of garages - so you don't have to park on the street.
Just returned from Spain, drove into Sevilla, followed the signs to my hotel, which was located in the Santa Cruz area, drove down teeny, tiny streets (my husband was very white knuckeled), never found the hotel, and ended up parking in an underground garage (which I found were very safe, about 12E/24 hours). The garage was located just down the street from the Catherdral (I'm sorry, I don't remember the name). If you're coming from the River it's between the River and the Cathedral. I drove all over Spain, finding our hotel in each city was always an adventure! Good luck!
Thank you both, great suggestions!
