parking in Monaco

Hi, Could someone advice me the parking situation in Monaco? How hard to find a convenient parking garage in late July? What's the normal rate?

Am I better off leaving my car at the hotel in Nice and take a bus/train to Monaco? I am time-constrained as I need to drive back to our hotel in Milan in the evening.
