Parking in Donastia

We will be staying in one of the seaside towns near Donastia/San Sebastian in Sept and have heard parking is tough in town, If we drive in where should we try to park centrally?

You have plenty of car parking areas centrally located, but have to pay. If you´re staying nearby, you may want to take a bus to get to DonOstia, public transport is excellent.

I have read that there is free on street parking near the University and that one can take a bus from there into San Seb. Is that true? If so any directions as to where this parking is? Thanks

As it says, "street parking", that is, you park on the street. It´s extremely safe, but may take a while.

Correct, it takes just 10-15 minutes to get to the center from the University area by bus.
