Paris with my father and grown kids.

Jump to last reply

My family is going to Paris before Christmas for a couple of days. We have never been and aren't familiar with the various areas of the city. My father is a very slow walker so being near transport is very important. My 3 grown kids, on the other hand, are very active and want to see everything! We were thinking about arrondissements 3 or 4? We would like suggestions on what area to stay in Paris that will be easy for my father but central to everything for the kids. Also we would love the ¨not to miss¨ attractions as we will be there only 2 1/2 days. As for myself, I am happy in restaurants and cafes people watching. And lastly any areas that are more docile due to the recent attacks? We would like it to seem like the beautiful, lively, Paris we all imagine as much as possible in light of the horrible things they have endured lately.
Thanks so much for your help!
