Paris w/Broken Leg - Hotel Area??

Jump to last reply

I will be traveling to Paris with a broken knee (in a brace, with cane). Ordinarily we stay
in the 6e or 7e (on the edge of the 6e) arrondissement. We are contemplating switching to
a hotel closer to the Eiffel Tower (we have been to Paris a number of times and have seen the major sites), recognizing there will be a more leisurely pace to this trip. I know there
are many restaurants and cafes in that area, but will it be too remote from the museums, esp with an injured leg?
