Looks cute if you do not care about reality and like stereotypes.
cute or chic, I must be missing something.
"...told by a lover of Paris." That says a great deal.
That map of Manhattan as Paris is way off. He's put Times Square in a very elegant residential area rather than near Pigalle.
Either he doesn't know NY or he's not good with maps.
I vote for cute.
I own the book-bought it at Anthropologie a few months ago. It really is cute, and laugh out loud funny in places.
I've rented a place in Paris from February through May and based on this I'm moving to Soho but I'd rather be in Nolita!
I have that book. It's kind of fun.
