Paris Vacation Apartments: have you used this company?

Looking for some feedback from anyone who has booked through Paris Vacation Apartments. www.parisvacationapartments.com
More specifically has anyone stayed in "Saint Germain Lovely Two Bedroom Apartment"?

Yes, we have rented from them twice and in both cases we were very pleased with both the apartments and their service. Which apartment were you interested in?

Sorry, I didn't read far enough. We stayed in the two bedroom Invalides two years ago and a two bedroom in Montmartre about six years ago. They really do a very good job with the decor of the apartments I think. And, as I wrote before, the service was excellent. Absolutely no problems with either rental.

I recently stayed in the St Germaiin one bedroom. They were great to rent from and the apartment was wonderful. Will definitely rent from them again.

We've stayed in their apartments many times. They offer great properties and service at reasonable prices.

We haven't stayed in that particular apartment but have it booked for the second week of December. It is a wonderful location and, if the apartment is up the standards of the others, I'm certain we'll enjoy it.

I rented the 2 bedroom Marais apartment 2 years ago.
The company was great to deal with in every way.
The apartment was fabulous and just as pictured.

If there's a duplicate post, forgive me. I swear my first response went through.

We have been very happy with this company. They compete head to head with VIP with similar level of services and better pricing.

We have not rented your particular apartment. I can tell you that our apartment was BETTER than pictured (and that was darn good). Company was very communicative.

I have yet to see a bad review here of PVA. Some posters have questioned the 50%, non refundable down payment, but those of us who have experienced rentals have explained why that's an excellent practice.

Feel free to ask more questions.

OK, you have all confirmed my feeling that they are a reputable company with quality apartments. Thanks for the peace of mind everyone. Much appreciated.

I took a look at the locator map for your proposed apartment and see that it is close to rue de Buci, a fun market street that is lively night and day.

You didn't say when you're renting. We'll be in that apartment in December and will be happy to answer any questions you might have after 12/15.

We are looking to stay there in July for a week. Judy, I would love to hear how it goes. My only concern is no a/c in July!!!! But I love the location and the apartment looks gorgeous. Enjoy your stay.

I would email PVA and ask them if there are fans in the unit, and express your concern about the heat.

I can also give a two thumbs up to the agency. Their apartments are better than pictured and the service is great.
