Paris: "The Young and the Restless" Goes to Paris
America's top long running Soap, the Young and the Restless is filming some episodes in Paris this month - to mark the 20th anniversary of the series coming to French channel TF1, where it is called <Les Feux de l'Amour> - the 'Fires of Love'
Shows will air in November and rumor, according to News from France, which carried this info, will 'have sultry businesswoman Ashley Abbott recover from her failed engagement by finding her soul mate on the banks of the Seine>

Hardly a spoiler if he didn't answer the question (though I suppose the answer isn't going to be "No, she spends her time leering at various louche Frenchmen, but ends up coming home alone and disappointed"
.
Interesting how all soaps do similar "soap bubbles", isn't it? Though with ours it tends to be a bus trip to Blackpool.

I know nothing about the show except a gal friend of mine HAS to watch it every day - and she gets pissed in March when CBS dares preempt it for the NCAA Basketball Regional games.
So i gather Ashley has been around the block a few times and now is going around the world?

Around the block to the point that sometimes she guest stars on the following soap, The Bold and The Beautiful, in order to date some of their men!
