Just wondering if you should tip the driver, if so, how much, or is this included in the price and you tip them a euro if they were good like a waiter? Serious question, just don't want to stiff anyone. Thanks

I always tip shuttle drivers a buck or two (or in Paris a euro or two).
Tip the driver, it is not included in the price.
