Greetings Fodorites--
I recently wrote up a most enjoyable meal at Le Felteu in the Marais.
Since a Forum search didn't turn up other mentions of this restaurant, I thought I would share my blog post in case Paris trip planners are looking for huge portions of good food at a great price.

I found Le Felteu two years ago through a recommendation from a friend. Since then, I've seen more frequent mentions on TripAdvisor and other travel sites.
I am interested to know if anyone else has eaten there..?

Thanks for the fun review. I haven't eaten there but likely will when we return in April.
I notice at the bottom of your review you say reservations are necessary. For lunch, too (assuming the resto is open for lunch)? Will be in Paris late Feb and may give this place a try based on your rave review. Thanks!
Great review -- very fun to read. Clearly, you had a wonderful time. I almost feel like I was there with you.
JulieVikmanis and Sidny, you won't be disappointed with Le Felteu. And do go hungry as the portions are large. We had a reservation on the early side (7-ish) and already the dining room was filling up. By the time we left it was packed.
KTtravel thanks for your comments! I never expected to be writing a blog on Paris. I started it as a real-time trip report for friends. Fortunately I have several years of Paris visits to mine for photos and stories.
Enjoy Le Felteu, everyone!
