Have never run into beau-paris, which sounds like an agency. Generally speaking agencies are much more costly than renting directly from an owner, In this regards I would suggest you visit the following website www.vrbo.com where there are over 1000 listings for Paris. We have had particularly good luck renting the vrbo listing #9718
Good Luck!
Also tryvacations in Paris. They are a US company and you get the keys and a great info pack before you leave. You can pay with a credit card so mo worrying about finding Euros
Before you rent, check the Apartments in Paris (Right & Left Bank) threads for recommended apartments and companies.
Also, before you use VacationInParis, read

I have also been apt. hunting.
I can recommend Paris Perfect! We stayed in their Champagne apartment for a week this Sept. and it was fab.

You can also do a search here for beau-paris. Evidently you rent from the individual owner (like vrbo) rather than the agency.
