Has anyone stayed in the Hotel Beaumarchais or Jacques de Molay. I'm travelling in July with my husband and 3 kids and I reserved at both but have no idea if they're nice or not. Any advice?

I have not stayed at either but while the Beaumarchais has a good reputation, is a lot cheaper and is in a trendy nightlife area, I much prefer the location of the Jacques de Molay. It may depend how old your children are but if they are young, I think you would prefer the Marais area to the Republique/Oberkampf area.
Thanks. I was wondering which was a better location.
