paris hotel in October?

Hi--planning a trip with my 28 year old daughter to Paris the third week of October. The last time I was in Paris, stayed at Hotel de Grandes Ecoles in 5th arr. They don't take reservations until mid-June so am looking for other options. Would prefer to not spend more than 105-130 Euro which is what Hotel de Grandes Ecoles would charge. Suggestions for well-located, clean, quiet and safe neighborhood place with charm and twin beds? Thanks a bunch!

We're booked into the Hotel Familia near Notre Dame. It's in the price range you're looking at. We haven't stayed there before, but I checked all the reviews about the hotel and it's always received favorable recommendations. They have a very good website if you care to look.

I've heard good things about Hotel Familia, as well. We have stayed at Hotel Residence Monge, also in the Latin Quarter, and really enjoyed it. Rates were under 90 Euro in the high season.

My wife, sister-in-law and granddaughter are booked in mid-October for the Pas des Calais. We have stayed there before - you would like it? It is right off the Blvd St. Germaine in the 6th. We have also stayed at the Hotel Le Sainte Beuve and would return there also. Both have websites. Check them out.

Hi
The Familia doesn't take reservations very far ahead, I contacted them recently myself, but you're going before I am so maybe they will.

Just some others in your price range are
Saint-Jacques, Bonaparte, Grands Balcons, Jeanne d'Arc (in the Marais),
Residence Monge,Louvre Forum, de Lys (no elevator in the last).
All of those have great reviews, search here on them, and or at
