Paris Hotel for Honeymoon in June

My fiancée and I have narrowed our choices down to two based upon location, budget, and reviews: Hotel Grandes Ecoles and Hotel Vivienne

I would appreciate any input or advice to help us make a final decision.

In order to get the best room available, what should we ask for? If anyone has stayed at either of these hotels, maybe you could offer a specific room number?

For example, at Hotel Grandes Ecoles, I've read to request a room NOT in the main building due to size and noise.
