Brasserie Flottes, Au Pied de Cochon, Le Soufflé....that said, it's the heart of the business district so not so much emphasis on the wonderful neighborhood bitros that abound in more residential parts of Paris.

Au Pied de Cochon, recommended above, is a few seconds walk from Dehillerin, which you mentioned wanting to visit. Known for its onion soup.
Au Gourmand, 17 rue Moliere, is w/in walking distance from your hotel.
