Hi there, we (2 adults and 2 children) will be staying in Paris for 12 nights in 2013. We have narrowed down our apartment search to the following and would welcome any thoughts on the area, apartment, and agent/owner we are considering.
Thanks in advance!

the main negative for us in this one is the lack of a half decent kitchen - we are keen to do a bit of self catering

The terrace of the apartment number four stole my heart althought that I dont like the location of the bedroom .
I like very much the apartment in the sixth ARR.is airy and sunny.
Both locations are great.
When is your trip? If it's summertime, look for AC. Paris apartments are small and can get very hot.
Quick reactions:
1> 2nd floor Europe is 3rd floor American. Just so you know. Also no AC.
2> The AC is in the bedroom only?
3> Not a lot of information provided. No AC? No washer, which would be convenient to have for such a long stay with kids. Also which floor?
4> Nice terrace, but the bedroom lacks privacy.
They all have good locations though in very busy areas. I prefer a quieter, more residential area.
Agree that in summer AC is a must in Paris. And if the building has no elevator I wouldn't want to do above the 2nd (US 3rd) floor - esp with the luggage for 4 people - and groceries if you plan on cooking.
Thanks for your thoughts, we are going to go with #1. Now filling out the paper work, I have asked another question about tenants insurance. Has anyone had any dealing with this company:
