Paris Apartments - Experience with either of these two companies?

Happy New Year all.

Brand new to this forum but already appreciate it! We are traveling to Paris (& London) in June, 2014 (3 adults), and I'm hoping some of you have experience renting apartments from "One Fine Stay" or "Paris Vacation Apartments?" In the case of PVA, the last comments I could find on this forum were in Oct. of 2012 so am wondering how those who rented last summer/fall made out. Couldn't find any info on the other company but still learning how to search and may have missed postings. Both companies seem a bit pricey, but perhaps I'm out of touch with reality? Working on Paris first and will post regarding UK later. Thank you for any and all info you can provide.

I don't' have info on the two companies you mentioned. But I will be renting later this year from another company, Cobblestone Paris Rentals. www.cobblestoneparis.com. They are recommended by Rick Steves and have positive reviews on Trip Advisor. You may want to check them out as well.

We've rented several apartments through PVA and have never been disappointed. In 2013 we rented 3 different apartments. They were all as depicted on the PVA web site.
We have 3 weeks reserved for this year.

Thank you all for your replies. Makes me feel much better hearing about PVA and will also check out the Cobblestone one. Back to mind boggling work of looking at apartments! Thanks again.

We rented apartments in summer 2011 and 2012 from Vacations in Paris. We loved them. We had a great experience and will definitely use them again. They sent us the keys in the mail before we left and when we were leaving Paris, we just left the key in the apartment or sent it back in the envelope they provided. We traveled with our 4 children, ages 15, 11, 9, and 7 both times and once the grandparents came along. It was great living in a neighborhood with the locals, instead of hotels. They have many apts. to choose from and we're very polite and helpful. Highly recommend!

We have rented from Just France twice and had excellent service and wonderful places to stay with our friends one time, and family another time.

I have rented from Paris Vacation Apartments both in Paris and in London.

They are great to work with. They meet you at the apartment and give you an "orientation" to the apartment, they have fresh croissants and flowers waiting, and will meet to check you out at the end. When we were arriving, the person meeting us noticed some lightbulbs that were burned out and they were there within 24 hours to replace them. They also have nice binders of information about the specific area. I would be happy to work with them again!
