PARIS-Anyone stay at Famila or Timhtl Louvre?

We are a crazy family of 4 going to Paris in June,
Does anyone have any experience with either Familia or Timhoitel Louvre? We'd be open to other suggestions of places that we could have adjoining rooms or large family (3 bed) suite. All, of course, for the least price possible! Thanks
