Paris- nether regions (Levallois Perret)

I have a afriend who is heading for a few days in Paris with his wife and young kids. One daughter is dancing in a competition. They are staing in Levallois Perret. Can anyone recommend places to eat, either there or somewhere on the number 3 Metro line.
