Hi,

Am travelling to Greece (Athens, Mykonos, Santorini) this week and staying till the end of the month. What kind of winter clothing do I need to pack ??

Thanks in advance

Winter clothes? In May? In Greece?

Maybe pack a jumper or a light jacket. In SW France we're having (sigh) a very cool May. Over on the Med, just two hours' drive from me, the temps are much warmer, da_nit.

BTW, wash and fold laundries were very reasonable on the islands.

Depends on where you spend your winters, I suppose. I have a Greek friend who puts on a fleece when temperatures fall below 30° C. ;-) Bring along a sweater and a light jacket — you may not need them at all, or some evenings when it is windy you may want to wear both together. Right now evening temperatures on Mykonos are around 16-18 °C.

Hi Chandrama
Have you checked out the temperatures particularly in the evening? I have been a few times in May to the Greek Islands and not needed a jacket or jumper.
Have a great stay.
