I was in a double room (quite small but was clean and had everything we needed) so I can't help you re the triples.
Breakfast in a pleasant garden room with a buffet of breads, cheeses, cold cereal, yogurt, hard cooked eggs; beverages served by staff.
We liked the Owl and would return for its convenient location, moderate price, and very helpful staff.
I would second everything stated by the previous poster.
Is the Owl air-conditioned?
