Opinions on Ireland itinerary

We are going to Ireland for the first time in September. I have tried researching on the internet and this is the itinerary I have come up with. A little nervous that we are packing too many places in too few days as we usually like to settle into one place and get comfortable before moving on. That being said, I don't want to miss out on anything by being lazy! So here it is. Would appreciate any advice. Thanks!
Day 1: fly into Shannon, drive to Galway, spend 2 nights at the House hotel.
Day 3: drive to Dingle. Stay 2 nights at Pax house.
Day 5: drive to Killarney. Stay 3 nights at Earl's Court Hotel.
Day 8: drive to Cork. Stay 2 nights at River Lee hotel
Day 10: drive to Dublin. Stay 3 nights at Intercontinental.
Day 13: Fly home from Dublin
I have yet to plan the itinerary for each city as I am not sure this is the itinerary I want to stick with!��
