Trip Report One week in Budapest

My wife took me to a very good restaurant on Vaci utca- Vaci Utca Cafe and Restaurant. The host out front is named Erno. He can speak many languages, including Japanese and Russian. They serve most Hungarian cusine. We had pig-knuckles and French fries. My daughter had pizza. A very good place.
We went to a Marta Sebestyen concert in the City Zoo. It was not too expansive, I paid 70,000 forints for five people. We sat out in the open and were about five meters from her. My daughter got her autograph.
I changed money at a bank on Rona street and Thokoly street. The rate was not as good as in the private exchange places. I would not advise changing at the stations. If you arrive at the Keleti (East) Station, walk out about one hundred meters and change on the street.
