It's been a great trip so far and we've been happy with the meals. We'll be taking a tour tomorrow (late morning) and need to eat a late lunch so probably something near the Vatican city.

Any favorites for moderately priced restaurants in the general area? After lunch we'll be headed back to the hotel (not far from Termini).

Sorpasso? I think they serve continuously.

The other thing you could do is go to Termini and eat at the Mercato Centrale.

Forno Feliziani - pizza, pasta and some of the best pastries anywhere. Casual and fairly priced.

Thanks for the suggestions! We walked to Sorpasso after leaving the Vatican. Beautiful walk. I had an excellent salad. Met the owner. He returned yesterday from NYC and will be opening a restaurant on the Lower East Side in a few months. Thanks for the recommendation!
