one day trip-where to?

Have one day off of ship for about 9hrs-which would you choose-Valetta,Medina, Moster or Northern region, west coast & southern malta-Mellicha,Seethanve, zebbiegh, Dingli cliffs, Blue Grotto boat trip? Anyone familiar with touringmalta? thanks
