Olive Oil, Truffles and Wine: Foodie Questions

Spending a few nights in Motovun and feel it would be a shame to miss taking a food and/or wine tour. The problem is that the Istra tourism website has a lot of broken links and little helpful info for one unfamiliar with the area.

If you have had ANY experience in Central Istria with eating or touring farms or vineyards, please tell us about it - good and bad! Please include names of places if you can remember or at least the general area and descriptions, including approximate costs.
