Probably southern Spain would be the warmest with Sicily second.
Thank you Adrienne.
Maybe the Canary Islands.
Except for the canaries the warmth is only comparative. Not beach weather anywhere - and even southern Spain can be chilly at night.
It's also dark. What I like to do when it is that dark is go to cities with the brightest lights (e.g. Barcelona, Rome - - even Amsterdam). In November you're not going to get real warmth, so you may as well get some bright excitement in the darker days.
In mid November, your interests don't go with warm weather. The Canaries and/or Madeira don't offer much in the way of architecture and culture etc.
Maybe consider Marrakesh, where it will certainly be warmer.
Thank you everyone.
