Not impressed with VBT so far

I called VBT today to try to book a bike tour for 2 people. This is around $6,000 in revenue for them. I got the usual dial 1 for this, dial 2 for tha,t and ended up waiting. In fact, I was waiting for almost an hour, getting messages that "you are number 3 in the queue, you are number two in the queue." I finally got to number one and then the system transferred me to a general voicemail that I'm sure won't be answered until Monday (this happened Friday). I would have hung up sooner, but I was answering e-mails while I was waiting and I was curious about how long they would keep a customer waiting. This seems like a ridiculous way to run a business that is supposed to be service-related. I posted something on Biketour-reviews.com, but I'll be surprised if they leave it up.
