I will be taking a cruise round trip out of Southhampton, England in July visiting the following:
Reykjavik, Iceland 1p - 2p the following day (almost 24 hours)
Akureyri, Iceland 9a - 7p
Klaksvik, Faroe Islands 7am - 4p
Geiranger, Norway 9a - 5p
Flam, Norway 8a - 5p
Stavanger, Norway 9a - 6p
Kristiansand, Norway 9a - 5p
Can you recommend some things to see and do at each of these ports? We are in our mid 60's and fairly active. Also like spots that are off the beaten path and not so touristy getting a locals feel.
Norway and Iceland

A little difficult, especially if you are dealing with one day excursions in places that are some of the most common tourist stops. However, there is a hike along Geiranger fjord--the local excursion boat, repeating what you see coming in with the cruise ship, can drop you off at one point where there is a hike up the fjord to an isolate now non-working farm and from there one can take a trail back to the town of Geiranger. But I do not know if that is possible within your time frame.
