That's interesting, Walter. I wonder how they are defining "blonde". I know many people who have ended up with an olive complexion and dark hair, who nonetheless started out as blond toddlers. Most people who start out as blondes in childhood aren't blonde by adulthood.

The study argues that blond hair originated in the region because of food shortages
So they were blond blue eyed and thin!
I guess I had blonde hungry ancestors ...
I was white haired as a toddler, blonde now, and figure I will end up with white hair, probably soon lol.

Interesting. I got the blond hair and blue eyes, but missed the "thin" gene! I started out very blond, then onto the lovely color referred to "dirty dishwater blond" and once I learned how to color my hair I sported a variety of blond shades. Once I started sprouting the gray hairs, I turned myself over to a hair stylist who was certain I was "closet redhead", so I've been a redhead every since! I wonder if there were any redheads living in the caves...
