Nice France

We will be in Paris for 3 days then we will be flying to Nice France for 7 days. We would like to do and see as much as possible. We have rented a vehicle so we will be able to get around readily. I would like to know what your suggestions would be. Of course we wsant to see as much as possible in and around Nice, Monte Carlo, Monoco, Cannes (St. Tropez and Avigon if possible). Also whatever may be away from the French Rivier that would be great to visit.
I know this is short notice. Hopefully someone can make our trip more efficient and fun. We don't plan to stay on the beach - we will just want to enjoy the beautiful views.
