Need tech advise...Best VPN Server for my iPad in Italy...Need my HBO GO

when I searched to find out if I can get HBO GO in Italy...One VPN company dominates the search. Does anyone know best with wide band for streaming? will the wifi service where I'm staying effect the streaming..regardless of which service I use...ior will these services determine the how good the streaming will be
