Need Recs for Boutique Hotel in Barcelona;
I tried to squeeze it all in the title 
, but as a synopsis: I am looking for experiences, recommendations, or stay-aways for a small boutique hotel in Barcelona, late May travel, budget <$250/double. Conveniently located within 1-2 mile radius of Plaza cataluna would be a plus.
Any thoughts?

Check Hotel Pulitzer, walking distance from Placa Cataluyna.
We like Granados 83 in Eixample. It's still less than 2 miles from Placa Cataluyna. I think both of these are 4 star places, but comfortable, with a decided design vibe.
