Need non US resident advice on rental car insurance in US

Jump to last reply

While I know this is a US related question, thought I'd be more likely to find non US residents on this board. Have any of you found a good way to reduce that outrageous price of auto rental insurance? Anyone used a 3rd party insurer like MAMIUSA.com?

I always have a problem finding a reasonably priced rental car for friends and family from the UK. Any thoughts? At one point I had found a website that supposedly had insurance discounts for UK residents, but not sure they were any cheaper and can't remember the site. :-]
