Need help planning route using public transportation from CDG, Paris

Arriving into CDG 5pm September 11 and want to visit few scenic towns before arriving Lourdes for 2 nights.

Have visited to Nice, Cannes, Monaco so looking for suggestions for nice route with about 3 overnights to enjoy city sightseeing and nice walks. Considering taking the TGV from CDG on arrival but need help planning best route to see new places so I can look for good train fares booking in advance. Would appreciate help with route. Have spent several days in Paris on earlier trips.

Not sure if Arles/Avignon/Pont du Gard would be good choice. I am senior, active and walk everywhere. Enjoy historical areas, museum visits and nice parks. I could take TGV from Toulouse to Lourdes for 2 nights and return from Bordeaux.

Hope I get some ideas on best route. Thanks to all for help.
