Need help planning route using public transportation from CDG, Paris

Jump to last reply

Arriving into CDG 5pm September 11 and want to visit few scenic towns before arriving Lourdes for 2 nights.

Have visited to Nice, Cannes, Monaco so looking for suggestions for nice route with about 3 overnights to enjoy city sightseeing and nice walks. Considering taking the TGV from CDG on arrival but need help planning best route to see new places so I can look for good train fares booking in advance. Would appreciate help with route. Have spent several days in Paris on earlier trips.

Not sure if Arles/Avignon/Pont du Gard would be good choice. I am senior, active and walk everywhere. Enjoy historical areas, museum visits and nice parks. I could take TGV from Toulouse to Lourdes for 2 nights and return from Bordeaux.

Hope I get some ideas on best route. Thanks to all for help.
