Need help for Cordoba,Granada and Malaga for the Christmas holidays

My family of four (two adult kids and our last Christmas vacation before next year's wedding for one of them) are meeting in Malaga,Spain for 12 days in December for our Christmas holiday. We are flying into Malaga spending a couple days there before heading up to Seville for 4 nights and then heading over to Cordoba and Granada before flying out of Malaga. We are spending Christmas Eve and Christmas day in Malaga so would like somewhere that we could celebrate as a family and might have an open restaurant for a holiday dinner nearby?

We have an air bnb house rented for Seville but still need recommendations for what area to stay in Cordoba,Granada and Malaga. We will have a rental car but my husband has problems walking long distances. Thanks for any imput!

We are going to be in Malaga from December 14th to the 16th and then probably December 23/24-26th.

Depending on your budget, the Hotel Hospes Palacio del Bailío in Córdoba would be an excellent choice, as would the NH Collection Amistad Córdoba, but you may find the Balcón de Córdoba to be your best option.

In Granada I would consider the Fontecruz Granada and the AC Palacio de Santa Paula if you wanted to be in the center of the city. The Carmen de la Alcubilla del Caracol, on the Alhambra hill, has been our favorite for years, but it's small and may be booked during the Christmas season. There is also the 3-star Hotel Casa Morisca, a boutique property in the Albaicin to consider.

In Málaga we like the AC Hotel Málaga Palacio by Marriott. There is also the Picasso Suites Málaga, located in the historic center of the city.
