You can book this hotel through http://www.myhotelinparis.com/hotels2/020.htm but I don't know if there are extra charges involved.

I have seen many citations of that hotel that said they take credit cards (Visa, MC and even AmEx), I think they do. For a couple references, see www.france-hotel-guide.com and www.timeout.com. I think you can book on the former, but I'd probably FAX directly myself.
