Need budget hotel close to Termini with 24 hour reception

Flight arrives in Rome around 7pm from Australia via London-

Travelling to Urbania by train the following morning so really only need a place for one night.

However, have been delayed with this particular flight in the past and didn't reach accom until 11pm ( but was ok because was staying in apartment for week and owner was flexible with meeting time)

Like to stay near Termini for convenience but would like to feel confident that should we be delayed, possibly significantly, someone at reception will be available to check us in

Like to keep to a budget of around E100 for double with en suite as we only need a place to sleep before checking out the next morning.

Hotel Settembre 95 gets decent reviews and is on budget- any better ideas?
